In the light of my sad week i thought i should share some of the joy that remains. This is William and Harry. Harry was the first of the litter and "WillyBilly" was the runt. From day 1 Harry has protected his little brother.

I had to give my lab/piranese mix Nana the heimlich yesterday. She came stumbling out from under the table ready to fall over and i just lifted her by the belly til I heard her grunt. Thought I was going to bury my dog before the kids got home for a while there. She swallowed whatever choked her. Don,t know what it was. Glad she had the sense to come out for help, glad i hadn't left the house for the festivities yet. I was putting on my shoes, too close.

She's just fine and dandy playing giant bear wrestling today with her buddy Max She loves the rotten weather. When it snows she bounds through it like a giant Pepe LePew.

Torque is a weather sissy! If he even thinks it might be raining. Or if it was raining, or could possibly be raining or wet he will not go out. He will hold it until i either make him go, or he just cant hold it anymore. Sometimes i literally make him walk into the yard and get his paws wet. He is apprehensive at first but after a few steps he chill and walks with me. Silly dog.

Yup, that's Max.If it's wet and muddy, ewww. Torque looks he'd be a hand full if he really didn't want to go out How are all the furries handling the Christmas trees? Yes it's that time of year again. My daughter hung bells all over the tree and Dexter (one eared cat ) sits under swatting them, while Max (collie/poodle) pokes him with his nose and laughs alot. Max actually chuckles. Lifts his head up , grins and makes a wierd huffy chuckle noise when he thinks he's funny.

I know right? We compromised and got all shatterproof ornaments, metal bells, and such. We find ornamentts under furniture all year round,
