If the vibration always happens at the same speed, tires are a likely culprit. It is an oscillating vibration that changes frequency and duration through mid to top speed.

That's very common for wheel and tire balance issues. Not saying it has to be that, but it's one of the most common vibrations. Sometimes a good set of tires will cure it without any balancing.
