WELL GOT THE NEW FLY WHEEL ON AND POWER IS BACK TO NORMAL
VERY HARD TO START THOUGH THINKING MAYBE NOT ENOUGH FUEL FOR THE PORT JOB . ANY SUGGESTIONS?

What size pilot jet? Sounds to me like you may need to go up on the pilot jet.

don't know yet,once running it idles fine.  ?? trying my patience for sure ! i'll check the pilot jet tho and we'll see1 thanks speedy! |

As he said, prob pilot jet or idle mixture adjustment. If you can't get it straight right away, use the accelerator pump to your benefit. Pump the throttle a couple of times then try starting it.

bout eight mnths ago ,bought a 20mm cvk run tong carb from scrappy dog sctrs. Would you believe the jets aren't stamped any where!! so took the #34 pilot out of original carb and it is easier now! the pilot in the 20mm was clogged ,couldnt even blow or poke a wire out of a bread tie thru it!!!

MAN got the thing screaming again and the danged throttle cable snapped in side the tube/ grip!! life happens!! at least it runs great , even if i cant ride it DAMNIT!~!

yep jus t cant afford one right now just spent $300 on parts at slowtertronics(scootertronics) feb 25 and still haven't gotten jack s@#T !!

just remembered got throttle cable from a junked 150 @ my sweethearts house gnna get it tomorrow!! now if i can just get my new var. ,rim , and tire from slowtertronics(scootertronics) ill be set for a while!!
