Geoff hit the jackpot. That's what it says. At least the technical part.
I know that cr123apass guy. Not personally but he sells a lot BWS 3AA and other Euro scooter stuff on yahoo auction. He is very expensive though.

I personally would never cross breed a Yamaha with a Honda. I like Honda for big bikes like the CBR1000RR but not for scooters. Still curious though how he managed to install the crank and cylinder on a Yamaha engine. Too bad he doesn't show more pictures of the engine build up.
Also the front fork assembly would have been nice to have more details and close up pics. Looks like a Honda Dio ZX front fork just holding a bigger front wheel.

All in all a crazy looking scooter with probably lots of torque and bottom bunch.
