i got a dell 19mm clone, the intake side should fit the stock intake on the triton r4, the filter side is not a plug in for the stock filter, it's smaller round 32mm ..i have some vacuum cleaner hose that fits the carb but i will need work on fitting to the stock airbox. none of the jets are marked, the main takes .035" but .038 is a no go, thats around about a 92. i would like to get some jets for tuning. treatland seems to have the 5mm mains and pilot. i plan to get 75 80 85 mains, which pilot jets should i get like a 40?

I'm using a 95 on a stock airbox (no snorkel, fits over the carb) with my 21mm Dell. Pilot had to drop down from a 50 stock to a 35.

i planned on removing the snorkel and making the hole bigger. the carb is for a 49cc 2t pocket bike so the mj and pilot might be ok as is. i will pick up a 35 pj in any case just so i have number for a starting point.. thanks

My 21mm came with that. I didn't even think about it. Is your carb's inlet threaded? As it says, it screws on.

i was curious what the screw on feature was, no my clone is just a press on. i have a 1.290" lip and 1.250" after the lip, do you know the adapter id and what material it is made from? it looks like a hard rubber, i might be able to glue it on if the fit is close..

The adapter is hard plastic. I don't know the dimensions. I'll go out and see if I can get it off the carb to measure in a bit.

the od of my carb is 31.75mm, so not to much material to remove from the id of the adapter. i expect the remaining threads would help keep it in place with something like jb weld, which for sure will bond to the aluminum. i will also have to file the current lip off.. thanks for taking the time on the dimensions.

Sounds like a plan. Just make sure you have the airbox secured somehow so the adapter doesn't have to hold it's weight. I just let it hang off of my 21mm because it sticks out too far to work as stock and bolt to the CVT cover. It's a tight fit, and it's been fine for I guess 1,500 miles or so. I don't think I'd trust that with it JB Welded on.
