Vento zip r3i Charging problem

2006 Vento r3i two stoke seem to have a charging problem. I replaced the rectifier and checked all the fuses new battery etc. Kick starts fine and runs headlight works break light works turn signals turn on but wont blink and the tail light does not work. The battery will not charge and as soon as the battery goes dead all the above symptoms appear. I dont think its my stator because it runs but i may be wrong. any ideas?

Could be a problem with the stator. There are multiple functions, so could be just part of it is not functioning. There's a service manual here that will tell you how to test...

Get a voltmeter so we can help you. Otherwise it's a lot more difficult.
