I was searching for some crap after I got my first scooter, found one of Brent's vids on Youtube, watched a ton, and joined because of their quality and informativeness. (Wow, that's actually a word.) That's probably the way it went for a fair number of people here.

I don't actually remember just what brought my attention to this site. But I'm also completely certain that I found the forum while browsing and researching scooters. And it surely was through google since I don't hardly use any other search engine.

Yes, same here, I think. I knew NOTHING aboot scooters (and not much for 2T), but always thought they would be fun to ride. Went oot and bought a used Vino 50 2T, and wanted to find oot the basics... and next thing I know, I'm here on 49ccScoot.com and loving every minute of it!
I visit yous youts every day! Well, except on the weekends... I try to get busy on the weekends...

I was only on hondaspree.net for along time. Then I got the prebug and started searching minarelli stuff. Found a link here on motorscooterguide.net I think. Lots of good info, and just enough drama to be interesting. But not too much! Haha

Hmmmmm, well um my old brain can't remember but I knows it was more than a week ago but memory fades after that. Its odd I can tell people the exact time to the minute I woke up, but put my glasses down and ten minutes later I cant find them or keys after two minutes. Funny though I can remember in detail childhood memories. I shall have to ponder on this one. But then I may even forget that I posted on here. 😁

Wife got a scoot, had some "stuff hanging about" - seriously, i didn't know a thing about scooters like i didn't know i had a hole in my head - and found a video of brent's pair removal. Soooo really a google led to youtube led to this forum... been filling that hole in my head with insane amounts of scooter knowledge since then...
