Yeah, it happens a lot. Most of the time I fall inside with a wall to bounce off of, but this time I was outside with nothing to catch my fall on until my face hit a tote box. I don't know if I tripped over my own feet or what. The falls come from medications I take as well as neuropathy from Hereditary neuropathy and diabetic neuropathy. The doctors are amazed I can even walk but I have had 40+ years of practice walking with no nerves in my legs and feet. I am just not very good at it anymore. My muscles, senses, and nerves, don't respond fast enough. I am supposed to use a cane and a walker. How does one carry stuff and work on stuff with a walker? The balance problems are why I ride a 3-wheel scoot. I had a hell of a time learning to turn right with the scoot. At least I didn't destroy my glasses this time.

not to much today as still been resting up after having heart attack last friday when out on the bike i did come off the bike but lucky as soon as i started feeling a bit funny i was slowing down to a stop and was only doing 15-20mph. spent 4 days in the hospital but ended up signing my self out as did not want to be in there with the hospitals being over run with covid still. not sure what shape the bike is in to i get it dropped off at mine but don't look like i will get to do any work on the bike for a fair bit as doctors don't want me leaving the house or doing any type exercise as my blood pressure is so high still as a week later its still 260 over 120 so very high risk for a stroke or heart attack again to they get my tablets right hope everyone is keeping well and safe

That's not good. You need to be really careful now. I hope they get the pressure under control soon. Is it an hereditary thing your family suffer from?

Get that BP down! I hope if there is an insurance company involved they don't give you grief about leaving AMA. Sometimes they refuse to pay. I never had a heart attack but I have had three strokes and much higher /180 BP. Too many years ago to remember. They have had me on 3-4 different BP meds for 30 years. Kiss your sex life goodbye... My family males on my mothers side have heart attacks and strokes. You certainly don't want to catch the Covid.

I have had good luck with a wrist type BP monitor from Walgreen drugs. Good luck with the medical bills, they can be as brutal as a heart attack. It will take some time to get your BP back in line but you will make it. they will probably want diet changes etc. Work with them. Good luck!

My brother got deep vein thrombosis. Was on blood thinners for 6 months. The doctor wasn't happy as he suffers from severe allergies. The only thinners he could have were £35 a small bottle.

Healthcare in the US is really nasty and expensive. The insurance companies and their lawyer congressmen make too much money from the system for any changes to be made.
