Do you mean. Scrapping the scooter I'm still making payments on? Noooo, just pay it off and learn to work on it yourself.

You've mentioned possible legal action in other posts. I think at this point you need to decide 100% if you are or are not going to pursue anything in court. I'm not at all qualified to give you legal advice, but (as eclark pointed out in another of your threads) you may want a professional mechanic to give you an estimate on it before you touch anything else so you would have some evidence of what it needs after the shop you've been dealing with got their hands on it. Even with Chinese scooters and dealers having a reputation for being less than spectacular, it doesn't seem like they should be able to keep taking your money when I believe you said you bought the scooter there and they have done all of the work, but you don't have a working or reliable scooter. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would think you should at least speak with someone more in the know about legal matters before you do too much to this thing yourself, if that's the route you plan to take.
If you don't want to get any court involved, the yellow spark that you mentioned could be a problem. You should see a blue/purple/white spark and it should be able to jump a large gap like an HEI tester would have (or an old spark plug with the ground strap sawed off or bent to make a big gap tester).

It may go to nothing. It's common for Chinese scoots to have connectors going nowhere. Heck, I found 2 bare wires coming out of the harness when I did my PDI. I assume it's to make harnesses a little more universal.

You can see what the wire colors match up to and try to guess from there.

Had the same wire connector on my daughter's that went to nowhere. I searched all over for some place that it plugged into... tested all lights, traced a bunch of others, figured it must be there for some other type of bike, so I left it.
