Too true on the jet. I guess what I am wondering, and I don't think it has been stated. What all did the guy who put the BBK in it do to it when he installed it? Was a new carb added? Were the jets upgraded? Or did he just install the BBK and call it good? Clearly there is an aftermarket pod filter on it. Do you possibly have a link to where the kit was purchased and what all came with it? 100cc BBK is alot of engine to crank too, have you considered going with the high torque starter? As much as your beating on it by holding it down till it starts, I'm shocked you haven't burn it out already. I seriously CRINGED when I watched the video of you starting it. My sympathy's to the starter.

In the video the scooter stayed running as long as throttle is pulled. Son as I let go it dies out. I will try to clean the carb. When they had the bbk only thing was in it was the engine. So they installed a 100cc top end, 20 carb.

Just an update It cranks fine with kickstart but won't stay running unless throttle pressed. I bought a multimeter to test battery it's reading 12 volts. However oriellys said it's a bad battery. I'm going to take it to autozone and see their opinion on the battery. But it won't crank with push start only kick. Here is video link to me starting it. It started with push on the video but it won't start that way anymore only kick . But it won't stay running without throttle pressed youtu.be/bwidZ9vyyZo

It has to be hit with a load like from a battery tester. This will expose a bad cell if there is one. Any auto parts place that sells batteries will have a tester and test your battery for free. If Oriely's tested it and said it is bad...it is bad. Bill

I'm begging to think I need new lines however I can not see any rupture in the line from the pet ok to the carb. I'm puzzled I will adjust valves see if that does it .oo3 and .005 and let you all know

I see slight moisture on my intake valve can this be why is starts but dies after throttle release? But why would it crank if it wasn't getting fuel?

Perhaps you have water contaminated fuel? That would cause the symptoms you have. Drain some fuel from the line into a clear container and let it sit to see if you can see cloudiness or the water sitting on the bottom of the container.

There are larger sets that include more sizes for $5-$8. Also I would suggest getting a pilot jet set as well. They are very cheap if you get them from China and you will know that you have it covered no matter what.
