well lets seei hope the wife doesnt see any slips from all the stuff i have ordered she will be here to get he pacakges but she wont open them i ordered the stage 6 mkII clutch and the stage 6 v force reed block from jeremy i ordered a 12 in rear wheel from ajparts
the adly rins a 120/70 12 but i would think that i should be able to fit a 130/70 12 to keep the same size as the zuma
i have to figure out what i want to do for a front wheel i want to go up to a 12 in wheel there too so i can add a larger disc
ill have to order some bearings still ill be going with skf but should i get poly or steel this will be a street/strip build and i ride a lot of miles every year (5000 to 8000)

Either bearing should be OK. I've got hybrid ceramic bearings in T1 from VXB. Can't say I see any difference really. They claim to have some nice advantages though. I think I paid $70 for a pair. Ceramic info... www.dirtrider.net/forums3/showthread.php?t=71798

its so freaking cold in the garage today it isnt even funny i had the space heater on for 3 hrs and it didnt even get up to 32 deg here is my idea i will cut out 4 new brackets and mount them like in the pic the outer bracket will be welded into place on the engine mount there will be some flat bar welded to the round cross bar and some braces between the 2 brackets

well the brackets didnt get done in time for me to have them for this weekend and i had a late night at the luke brynt jason aldean my kind of party concerte last night
but when i got home tonight there in my mail box was my new cyl ill look at it better tomorrow and get some pics but i got the hoca 53mm lc bore it could use a lot of work for a cyl in its price range it does have the aux exhaust ports but they are small and have a lot of coating in them that looks like it will let the carbon build up and it needs a lot of champher work as all the ports are very rough

Sounds like it's the AC cylinder, just LC. It seemed to make good power when I tried it on P90, but it had too much compression setup out of the box and built up heat easy, so it didn't take long before i was hearing spark knock. That shouldn't be a prob for the LC, so it'll prob run pretty strong without issue even if you just left it alone (other than cleanup). Not to mention I had a stock carb. If you up the compression a bit I think it could be a strong motor with a wide powerband with the right pipe. Could be a really nice street beast.

well im hopeing to build ot so it can rev to about 10 to 11 grand
but with the over sized varatior and 11 to 1 gears i might not need to rev that high to have a 70 mph top speed
im sure ill need to make a spacer as i have a 43mm stroke and this is for a 42mm stroke but first i ahve to get the bore to fit the case

It was a stock style crank with the open weights, 42mm stroke.

here are some pics of my new kit you can see the sharp edges in the exhaust port and you can see the coating and how the aux exhaust ports look like they will catch carbon and the piston is going to need to be cleaned up too also the holes to mount the thermastat are not drilled or taped so ill have to do something about that
