Yesterday I started having a problem when stopped, for some reason the idle just drops, then the engine stalls and it takes a few minutes to restart it. It is running smoothly with no problem, I adjusted the idle up a bit, same problem. The plug looked fine, so I did a pseudo-plug chop (put a new plug in and ran it a half mile, then checked the colour) and that is fine. The spark plug boot isnt loose, battery terminals are tight, and I am confused. Any ideas?

recently used some oil from walmart, couldn't afford my usual stuff
