Your offer was too generous in my opinion. Should've offered him $50. It died after 600km?!

Perhaps I am missing something with that Ruckus, but to me "one of a kind custom build?" Then they list all the parts from other shops they have just bolted on! The only thing they seem to of custom built was the seat and the stretch kit. Might as well just buy a scooter, then bolt the bits on yourself. š Or buy this one for half the price. $1800 cheaper, nicer colour*, and no stupid looking seat. lol *(UK friendly spelling)

I may call about it to see the story. Everyone has a story... Be careful with the Vermont route. I used a similar service in Alabama years ago to title a kit car. A couple of years later the service provider was in a fed pen and luckily the judge ruled that my car, and a few hundred others, would not be seized and that the titles would be deemed valid.

Iāve used it in the past with no problems. Only problem is you need to pay title expenses twice. Once in Vermont then in my state, PA. Iād have to do a vin check on that one first before I considered purchase.

Been working in South Jersey for 12 years , most scoots/bikes seem to be very questionable..8 out of 10 were shady. My co workers that live there wont look at a car/bike without carrying you know what..not saying its all bad , but...yea. wouldn't go alone.

"Vespa" and "scooter" are interchangeable to many people. Same stuff happens on my local classifieds and I suspect all around the US. I guess it's sorta like how a tissue is called a Kleenex. "Moped" and "scooter" are also interchangeable to many, and that one kinda bugs me sometimes.

Even over here, everything gets called a moped. When someone is robbed in London and the news footage says "thieves on a moped." You can clearly see it's a Honda SH300!
