Ordered from their eBay listing on Aug 8 with an estimated delivery date of Aug 13. Actual delivery date of Aug 19. Box was all jacked up, but the part was OK.

I ordered a gas tank from their eBay store on August 28th because it was the cheapest I saw by $10 with free shipping and I wasn't in a hurry. The estimated delivery date was yesterday and it actually arrived yesterday on time. Thought I would give them a good review, but when I took, the tank out one of the corners was bent. I can fix it, so it's not a big deal. The tank was in the bottom of a box with newspaper thrown on top. No packing on the bottom or stuffed in enough to actually do anything. This wasn't shipping damage though, or I can't see how a metal tank would be bent when a carboard box looks fine. Just looks like they didn't pay attention when shipping. I'd still deal with them again because I don't know a better source for Triton parts at reasonable prices, but I wish they'd pick it up in the packing/shipping department.

I have had good results in the past from them but my last order not so great. I was searching for a 16spline 16 tooth primary shaft. I called and talked to. A guy who went and looked and counted the splines and teeth. He said he had one and what part number to use since they listed two. I waited about three weeks and placed the order with the part number. I got a 16 spline 13 tooth. Both had sharpie marks on them from being counted. I didn't specify tooth count so I'll take some of the blame. Anyone need a primary shaft? I had to order a new Malossi set.

So far I've had a very good experience with these folks. Spoke with Michael the owner via email about finding body parts for my Yamati build. Shockingly, he actually had the parts! Dude went through the trouble of going through his warehouse personally to find the parts I needed.
He's old school, and we handled the transaction over phone. I know that's out of the norm for today, but he gave me a great deal on shipping. Got tracking info from him about and hour later.
We'll see how the parts arrive, but so far, I am very impressed.

I've dealt with them many more times over the years since my last posts and it has been pretty uneventful, which is a good thing. They became one of my go-to sites.
