Sorry to hear your top speed troubles. Believe me I was right where you are for a year no matter what I tried. 32 tops and I tried every possible combination of weights, springs, clutch mods and variators. Finally I took some advice and bought a $27 47mm bbk and a $13 cam and well now I see 42-45mph on flats every day. I know it's not what we wanna hear but these little motors ain't much as they come. I'm running a qmb139 out of a Tao Tao with a stock kymco 2t variator and 4 to 5 g rollers and push belt to top. Jus saying different weights for diff folks.
