Americans! Crazy. youtu.be/IhnUgAaea4MI know that assault rifle from video games very well but having something like that in real somewhere in the house including a silencer! which is illegal to have in many countries. I am glad to see that you're still somewhat normal mind-wise and won't be doing anything stupid with those guns you have.

They're just for going out in the desert and having fun with the kid. The silencer is highly illegal (10 yr prison sentence) here too, unless you have a permit.

Sorta bad news on the Jog.
I can have it, but I have to put up a security bond of 1.5 times its declared value, which was 1,100 dollars and so I have to pay over 15 hundred dollars. I'll get the money back, but it might take a while. Why do I have to do this? Because I was trying to be cheap. Actually, it's because I didn't have it shipped with the headlight, tail/brake light and turn signals, all of which the DOT needs to see to approve. The guy said he knows that it'll be approved because Yamaha uses the same lenses for lights and signals on all their vehicles and that once I have them installed they'll sign off on it.
For those thinking about importing a scooter, I'll do a write-up on it and include the necessary forms to fill out once I have it all approved.

It's a very interesting topic and I, for one, would love to hear about your experience with it! Sucks that you have to come up with that amount of $$ for what? A hundred dollars worth of parts? Very interested to learn more!
