Oh sick!! Those go betwixt the two sheaves?? It goes on the TD right before the clutch. The Malossi over range has an issue with not opening all the way because it hits the clutch, but the spacer moves the clutch further away and cures it. PIG figured this out a while ago. I'm sure others have too and that's why these spacers exist.

I did the rear wheel different. I can't stand how the front looks with a tire on it because to me it looks like the tire has a really tall sidewall. Anyway, I'll mount the tire on this one and go with what I hate the least.

Anyway, I'll mount the tire on this one and go with what I hate the least. I'm interested to know what brake set up you're running and what hub to be able to run a 3 bolt rear rim? For your Zuma? I have a Yamaha Aerox 50 motor and wheels. The Aerox 100 rear wheel (which looks the same) has a drum brake and fits the Zuma motor. The front wheel of the 50 and 100 are identical so either can be used, but you need Aerox forks, or need to make a custom caliper adapter. turbotype1 did a write-up on how to convert a drum brake Zuma into disk brake as well 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/17194/zuma-rear-disc-brake-conversionI THINK that you might also be able to change the rear output shaft from the Zuma to the smaller Aerox shaft and then buy the Aerox hub and the other parts, but I'm not sure about that. If you're seriously considering the swap, then I'll find links to all the parts you need. It's $$$ btw. Oh, the brakes are Frando HF1's. They're not the same as the Stage6 calipers, which is what my caliper adapters were designed for, but they're close enough that with a little bit of machining they fit.

You can also get a 3 bolt drum hub for the Zuma to mount the 13 inch wheel. I think pig uses one
