It looks like youve got the correct puller setup there, only Fu-Fu tool I see is the RUBBER HAMMER!Those are for 1st graders so they dont hurt themselves..Grease the tip of the puller screw and tighten the poop out of it,then a quick/medium tap with a brass hammer on the threaded puller end should hop it off.Just make sure the ejecting rotor doesnt break another toe on re-entry!!

Details... details..... What type of Action was going down when you broke the toe? I've smashed my thumb with a 4lb sledge before. Full swing. Didn't break. But it look like a cartoon thumb afterwords. That's for sure.

spaz12 Can you post a pic of the pieces that make up the pulley on the crankshaft for that pump while you have it apart.

I did end up greasing the tip and the threads of the puller and I got the rotor off and set the timing. Right before I did it I wrapped my foot with a towel so that nothing would hit it.

I have really bad balance after breaking my ankle and the other day I was walking up my stars, tripped and hit the railing right where it comes down and connects to the stairs. So now I have a bad left ankle and a broken toe on the right foot. Walking is super interesting, but I still got some crap done today

spaz12 Can you post a pic of the pieces that make up the pulley on the crankshaft for that pump while you have it apart. This is one solid piece of steel that's been machined on both the inside and outside. Super tight tolerances between the inside of it and the lip that sticks out from the rotor. I had to get a sharp kitchen knife between the two to separate them. Tooth count: Crank - 16T 14.35mm Pump - 24T 22.20mm

You clearly are not made for walking. You're born to "drive" only. lol
You cannot use a puller to remove the rotor or ignition or whatever that thing is called?

I thought that the rotor was keyed and went right onto the crank. Nope. Of course I never unwrapped the parts in the box before I sent the motor off, so that's why I had no clue.

All those parts are starting to resemble a scoot. Yay it's really happening! Looking good.

Checked my mail this morning and got an damn cool care package from ryan_ott A 5 ah battery, a Battery Tender and a huge LED bulb. I'm not sure if I can get the bulb to fit but I'll give it a try. The battery and Battery Tender will see a lot of use. Thank you Ryan!
