I found one dyno video for that cylinder (100cc) on a Minarelli and he was getting 26.1 hp (26.5cv) to the rear wheel.
Sorry to thread Jack HP

25.5hp? Isn't that a bit low for 94cc? Yes it is. They pull nearly that power from a 70 these days. But I dunno if thats crank or rw power. And on the other hand, HP numbers don't say anything... In real life it comes down to the fact if you're winning races or not. And if you're not racing its cool for bragging but if you tweak the dyno and enviroment a bit numbers come out higher...

Interested in that rear fender.... Where did you find one that bolts up to Zuma cases? Not sure about the his, but drowsports has a carbon fiber hugger. Rear Fender/hugger is off a Yamaha R1, I made the Bracket to mount it...

Builder/porter said Engine should be making 30-34-Hp. Once I finish breaking in it will get a few runs on a chassis Dyno.. Then I will know 100% what it's putting to the Tire..

Looks great!
Curious as to why you installed the EGT probe already? Inside info on the best placement for that pipe and cylinder?

I'm interested to know how that carb performs. I like the infinite adjustments with no jets, but there are also haters that say they are no good. Time will tell. Great job!

Nice job man! Can't wait to hear that monster. That pipe looks very low. Doesn't it touch the ground under weight?

The Tolson, or whatever it's called? You mean Tillotson? The 2-screw go kart carb with a throttle valve instead of a slide? Aparently they are a pain to tune! But you can mount them in any way you want, tilted, up side down , doesnt matter! And you can mount em straight on the reeds...they don't have a float and require a fuel pump.

I like my PWK so far, so that's what I'm sticking with. The Tillotson sound and looks cool though.
