Well I spent an hour or so putting the Elite back together and its back up and running. Took it for a short ride around the neighborhood and it seem to run as well as it did before. So its safe to say that a GY6 50 stator will work in a Honda Elite. Hopefully others out there with Honda's & Kymco's with stator issues now have low cost backup to the hard to get/expensive stock stator.  |

Is the battery charge rate and headlight brightness the same? I'll pick up one as a spare to have on hand.

Is the battery charge rate and headlight brightness the same? I'll pick up one as a spare to have on hand. I put leads off the batter to my multimeter. Here are the results. Reminder, this is a 3 year old + battery. As for thee headlight brightness, it was hard to tell in the day light, but I think they are just as bright. |
