Looking for a replacement carb for this scoot better than the stock one. Any suggestions? Search pitbike carb. I never put much money into carbs for my old midbikes. I didn't even spend $40 on a 26mm for a bigger engine, though it's been a long time and none of mine were fancy flat slides. |

Looking for a tire for this scoot 3.00/10 But I have a question. This setup requires a tube in the tire, Can I use a tire that is TUBELESS with a tube? Iv ran tubes on the wife's Elite with 3x10 tires without any issues other than the original 16 year old tire rotting out. Since then I repainted the rimes and installed new tires and went back to tubeless. |

Over the weekend I cleaned the rust from the rear rim and exhaust then painted them black. Today I mounted the rear tire, bolted everything back up and went out for a maiden voyage.  3 gears no clutch and a carb that is not quite right = unintentional wheelies! I got a few stares and laughs from bystanders. I think fall Harley week is this weekend or next, so there are quite a few bikers here already. I had it up to 30 down a slight hill with a tailwind but it sounded unhappy so I backed off the throttle a bit. I think the valves need adjusting, but I wouldn't know where to start. Probabbly going to put it in the back of storage for now, I want to get back to work on the Derbi BBK upgrade. |
