By the time you get done fabricating a swingarm and drive system, you could have just installed a big bore kit or a whole 90cc engine. You can get a cheap big bore kit around $100. Even if you pay $200 for the kit and associated parts you will be saving A LOT of time and material fabbing for the briggs type. Besides that, I wouldn't trade the weedwacker sound for the lawnmower sound.

A big bore kit, an exhaust, some carb tuning and tweaking the transmission will do you just fine.
