Mystery part on jog?

I wasn't sure which forum I should place this on.  A friend gave me a Yamaha Jog but the plastic was disassembled.  I've gotten most of it together but ended up with these rubber parts and was not sure where they go.  Could anyone tell me?  Thanks in advance.

Maybe the handlebar fairing to feed a brake or throttle cable through?
