Greggkinney, What method did you use? How did it turn out? I used super glue to sick it together lol. its held up to 300 miles of w.o.t and a couple more tip overs.(and still holding!!) honestly the only reason i half assed it is because my son in law asked to borrow $20 and I told him if he would sand all the paint off I'd give him 20 and he decided to use gel stripper on it . It ATE HOLES in it way down into the white meat, was so soft the preasure washer I used to get it off cut into it. So i just glued it and am ordering a new fairing. But plain ol super glue held. Used plastic weld on the belly pan as was suggested and it worked great. I believe if i was going to fix the front for real id use the weld and be happy with it. Sandable and nice and hard

As a matter of fact tomarrow I be live I should post pics of the stripper and its results or devastation I should say before someone else falls victim. Oh along with a review in the body work forums . Son in law might get a lump of coal for Xmas

I wouldn't hold my breath with hot glue, a few heat cycles and vibrations & road bumps, I'm sure you will be re-gluing again.

beleive it or not the super glue on the front of mine has held up so far. the plastic weld is great too, ive removed the belly pan and put it back on twice. i figured it would break when i retorqued the screws, but nope its good stuff. thanks for the advice guys.

"Amazing Goop" for automotive works well. I glued up my Daughter's rear view mirror and it has held up well. I think it would be a good choice because it remains flexible..good for vibration resistance.

Stick on Velcro strap comes in colors. Cover the exposed sticky side with color tape. As with other adhesives, a Clean and roughed (220 grit sandpaper) is necessary.
