Its a shame some bright young person doesnt copy a late model YZ85 case to mate to a Honda Ruck bolt on CVT housing,3D print the cores and cast up something more affordable..Alex is doing well with his cylinder casting lately! www.youtube.com/channel/UCHRXYmO1vdp-Bi1-w11R7WQOn it. please make it a kit for sale! I think it's because everyone who makes their own case is making their own cylinders too. Also, I'm not sure what class that would be in the European scooter races, probably "outlaw"? It would be so cool. Didn't you do this to a minarelli motor? I spliced an '83 YZ125 crankcase, crank, topend, iggy to a Mina a few years back, all done by hand and manual machines though,so it took lots of work..scary fast even in a drag frame..If I had it to do today,I'd select a popular MX type, copy the case internals, use its top end, reed, carb, pipe, find an existing scoot crank that had the right stroke and rod ratio,CAD it all up,3D print the cores, cast,or have it done..A 125cc in a light frame will send most folks to the hospital or jail,,so I'd say something in 85 to 105cc would be wonderful..KTM,Yamaha,& Suzuki have made some well engineered machines in that range...

Yz85.. mega cheap(got my junker for 400 bucks,2004) and hasn't really changed until this year. Athena make 112cc stroker kits for them.... In fact I have one here right now....

Little slide show plus short video at the end of the complete build process. If your not a fan of rap music just mute the video. Enjoy 👍 youtu.be/Vrm44Dhe2P4

You could prob have it taken down if it bugged you. Depending on fine print where it was posted, maybe there's legal action. That said, it would never be worth it (you'd spend more on a lawyer and court BS than it would be worth monetarily by FAR) and you're probably better off to look at it as a form of compliment since you have such a great looking scoot that they wanted to use it. I try to ask whenever I use images in videos. I don't really have to since for me it would fall under fair use for "educational" stuff, but I think it's more courteous.

Yeah it doesn't bother me. What didn't make sense was that I did post those photos on Scooter66.com where the picture came from. And now the sites not responding. Benji I dont have any naked pics of myself that I've taken 😝. And the site doesn't even look like it's trying to sell something. 👌

Tusk enduro rear tailight showed up yesterday. Gonna try to getting around to installing that tomorrow. And then tonight I ordered another GUB motorcycle phone mount for my iPhone 7. www.amazon.com/dp/B07GKT8FBZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_VGotDb45D2YJR .And another tusk enduro on/off switch Tusk Universal On/Off Switch www.amazon.com/dp/B0039ZS4BK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_IMotDbCCW0WFJ to fill in the void of the new NCY bearing throttle that the old Stage6 quick throttle made. I was skeptical on trying this style mount first on the 77cc with my expensive iPhone but it closes up tight, holds the phone perfectly without worrying about the phone popping out, and it's made out of lightweight cnc aluminum. I highly recommend it if you have 7/8" bars and an iPhone. Although the Allen bolts and wrench it comes with have a special tab in the middle of the head that strips easily and you "supposedly" can only use with there GUB models. But it's still just a regular Allen so I just swap them out for regular Allen bolts.
