Try Iowa some time, you'll love Oregon afterwards I'm sure.

That was one of his choices. Last time I was in that area I traveled on 101. Oregon used to be pretty but they have cut down all the trees. It was a miserable drive and a horrible example of what human greed can do. There were trees about 10 deep on both sides of the road and then bare hills behind. 101 was moved back away from the coast so it was also bumper to bumper RV's. The driver's view was a spare tire, a ladder, a lawn chair, and wall-to-wall souvenir stands. -Absolutely disgusting. Things were much better in N. Cali and Washington state. Don't go to Oregon. Speaking of the 101 in Oregon. I took my GY6 up there last summer to Winchester Bay, Oregon. I unloaded it on the 101 in Northern Cal and rode it about 60- miles up the 101 while my company followed in the van. It was far from what I expected. The road like you said had been moved back away from the coast so there were only a few good sights of the water The farther we went into OR the worst it got. I didn't know they were all rednecks up there lol. To say the least I absolutely hated Oregon and we left the next day. Driving through central OR this time on the way back home was utter crap. Portland, OR was the most vile place on earth. The traffic on the 101 was cram packed and had a cop catching speeders in every little town along the coast. The whole thing was a joke and far from what my research and thoughts were before we left. Not only was the water too cold to swim in (year round) but the cloudy skies all the time made me understand why everyone was such a pos up there. All of the businesses were old and like they never build anything new around there. Did I mention they don't let you pump your own gas in OR and if you do they will fine you thousands of $. To say the least I made it back home asap and my scooter got stolen a month later I did however accomplish one of my dreams of riding my GY6 on the 101. I will never go back to that libtard place they call a state again. sounds like a real shithole. glad i live in Michigan where they dont care what you do. cant believe you cant pump your own gas. we got libtards here too but they usually stay in town so they dont bother me much (until they start trying to change laws, that is)
