I'm gonna be running the leo Vince zx 100 exhaust on it just wondering what's safe numbers since I had to add the spacer since the stroke was 44mm!

Those #'s look about right for a stock cylinder,is the piston dome flush with the bottom of the transfers at BDC?What does your squish gap measure with this setup?

Haven't measured squish yet and when I look at the 2 ports on the left at bdc the piston is still covering the small ports by .5mm or so,oh and my spacer is 1.5mm I mentioned earlier it was 0.50mm

Try a base gasket along with the spacer, that should get you flush and the durations will get a bit longer too..

I'm out shoveling now already have a base gasket on does it matter what goes on first cause I put spacer on then the base gasket? I wouldn't think it would matter

Doesnt matter, you can put one on both sides to get the height right also, but will tend to settle as the gaskets compress causing leaks..Retorque after a heat cycle a few times and you'll be OK..

All ports at bdc are open except the ones to the left but there not even a 1/16 covered I'm pretty sure it's from casting here is picture of the ports I'm talking about all the other ports at bdc are flush with top of piston, still learning shouldn't it be fine only have my spacer and gasket and I haven't checked squish yet,how thick does the soder have to be I have normal size nothing fat

The stuff I use is 1/16". Make sure it is soft, there is some newer thick solder out there that is pretty hard. I don't think I would wanna use that stuff.
Snap a picture with that piston at TDC if you can.

Just pressed bearings in for the cross hanger I my father n law is gonna take my gears to work to get pressed off the ATV axle on to the scooter axle, should I stay with the low gearing 8.8:1 or find the 11:1 gears? And I was looking at tires size and won't a 12 inch rim with a 100/60r12 rim work?? I put the biggest tire to fit on a 10 inch rim from Brent's tire section and compared it to a 12 inch with super low profiles on Tacoma tire calculator and on the side by side view the 12 inch rim with the low pro tire was still smaller then the biggest 10 inch tire on the short case??

Looks like you gonna need some help with the squish. Do I have too much room up top still even if I run no head gasket and just copper rtv spray?
