Looks like you gonna need some help with the squish. Do I have too much room up top still even if I run no head gasket and just copper rtv spray? When you measure we will know for sure! You may be fine but it looks a little wide in the picture. |

I seen vtalx designed a rear facing minarelli intake so i got someone making me one out of pla filament for a prototype if it all fits good I'll get him to build me one with petg filament which is chemical resistant,also might widen intake mouth on the base piece and the upper intake piece if structurally possible

I like the low profile look just wanted to make sure it will work on a short case,plus the low profile tire is slightly cheaper,thanks for the link Atari!! |

Some stock short cases with 12" wheels are 110/60-12. That's about 17.2" tall. 110/70-12 is about 18.1". If you have any tire to mount, you can prob take some measurements to figure out if it will or won't work.The 120/90-10 did not fit my short case at 18.5" and wasn't all that close to fitting. 110/60-12 or 100/60-12 should be fine though.

FWIW;Ive got a 100/60-12 mounted on a TGB wheel on a short case 90,the wheel assy wont clear the mag side case when fitting over the splined shaft,,Ive got to disassemble the tranny and slide the shaft out to mount the wheel!Maybe its just the TGB wheel though,but there isnt a lot of room for a bigger OD tire once installed...

I just got the gears pressed off with a ole school puller my father n law let me used,man those things are pressed on pretty damn good,took the gear off the ATV axle and I'm putting it on the scooter axle shaft,I just pulled them both off,had to stop cause the ole lady need me to run a few errands real quick when I get back I'm gonna finish,also think I'm gonna need to put one more gasket on the base of the cylinder to get me to where I need to be

Gears pressed on 183 -130 duration on cylinder,got to cut starter cup off so I can fit a malossi o.r on already have an or. torque driver and a stage 6 clutch soon as I get printed intake back I'll be close to done, compression test and leak test it should be ready to roll I'll need a o.r belt too if need be I'll just run stock vari and clutch till I get the malossi belt and vari  |

Well I screwed the short case up was torquing the bolts and 3 snapped and was only at 7 foot pounds luckily I had the adly long so I transferred every thing over to that and almost buttoned up   |

Also need to figure out the Mina stator wiring (not an adly stator ) so I can match it up to the Tgb wiring I don't wanna fry anything also gotta get the l.v zx pipe head realigned cause it's for a malaguti f12 different exhaust angle and also need 2 12 inch tires and a Mina engine stand anybody no where I can get one and an adly cvt cover??

Yeah I just seen that on the bay John will that fit seen it was for the 50 does it have the same size engine as the 90??Yeah just ordered one there a rare commodity man was it hard to find one I also have kept looking for a long belt so we can get some overrange love adly are the red headed step child it's crazy that it's a one off transmission design cause I got that malossi t.d that fits perfect but I can't use it cause there is know belts to fit it,the malossi belt Brent posted for a possible replacement for the stock adly belt has been discontinued and replaced with a smaller belt that blows must of not of been a big selling belt |

Also got to do a leak down test and see if she is sealed up air tight
