After looking at the mount some more i think if 190 wants to help and i know hes got the skills, im gonna go that route. The mount has a good rubber bushing on the frame mounting side so im hoping that will dampen things enough?
Dimensions sent! Thanks John!

No need to go searching. Just click the link Robert posted above your post. Short form, if you can diassemble and reassemble the gearbox, you can swap the brake hardware in. The tricky part is finding that stuff. I used the hardware from the Venus' stock engine. On another build (P90) Robert was kind enough to donate the brake hardware from a parts scoot of his. I was thinking - "Man how did I miss that link Robert posted? I feel like a jerk now for not reading through the whole thread before posting..." Then I noticed that he posted it just minutes before I posted my comment. I must have clicked the reply link before he had posted his comment! Knew there was a reason why I had missed that... Good timing on his part though! Good luck to you Robert on the fabbed part from 190. I'm sure it'll work great!

John went the "simple route" and made me feel silly for not thinking of that. He suggested i use the mount bar, cut it down to size and use the snap rings and grooves to hold it still ! That will work just fine. There is rubber in the other end of the sub-frame so i am hoping it will still dampen vibration enough. Thanks John! ;D!! Saved me over $20 i really dont have to spend right now Pics are coming

Heres a sneak peek at what we have done so far. Its waiting on more parts and motor mount work before we can go any farther. The mount moves too much. Its swings too much i should say. Kinda like the style im used to before "stops" are added. I got a few ideas to fix it. Im diggin the look so far

The back wheel looks huge on the little scoot.

Yeah it does. Not sure if it will stay or not. The offset is the some between this shortcase and the long so we could use the little wheel too. Special thanks to lagerhead for all the good parts for Erica,s scoot ! You rock man  !!!! I owe ya one buddy ;D

Big ole fat change of plans again. Since we have a whole new frame for off road use, thanks to Ben (lagerhead) for that... We plan on putting the shortcase back under the 04 to use as a daily. Then putting the longcase under the other frame for a drag scooter.

Good plan. Putting a long case on a zip will prolly screw up the handling so it would be all squirrely.
I noticed in one of your pics the dust seals on the forks are falling down. On that red zip I had I had to clean the seal and the fork tube of all grease and then I put a black zip tie around them to hold 'em to the upper part. They stayed put.

I got the Zip finished up a lil while ago. Erica helped me get the engine in yesterday. I went out and did the rest today on and off. Still needs a few things but she can ride it. I have a charging problem, blows bulbs and such with RPM. I just unhooked the stator for now until i get that straight. That should be ok as long as i top the battery off at night right? Needs the front forks rebuilt or replaced. They are weak and a very poor design IMO. But i think we can get em to work better? If not i have another set that might work? Tree and all.. The front brakes are crap! Ive bled them once and it didnt seem to help? I have another complete front brake system thanks to lagerhead :thumb: ! We did put my good shock on the rear and it works great! Umm, running the Hoca adjustable rear pulley with the stock spring and a Malossi torsion control. I would suggest one of those to anyone, let alone someone using the stock 49cc top-end and engine. They really help! Using the Hoca vari with 5gram sliders. Its been shaved a bit. Seems to run very well and top out at 5,000MPH. My only problem is the throttle is too darn touchy now :stumped: . Anyone ever have that problem when doing away with oil injection? I was thinking i might have switched the cables around in the junction box and the profile is different? I dunno, its weird. I race a 10,s drag scoot and this thing has the touchy throttle :dunno:

As long as you don't need headlights, it shouldn't need to power anything but the ign which is diff connectors so I guess it'll be alright. Never tried. Fill the forks up with oil if you haven't already. Seems to run very well and top out at 5,000MPH. My only problem is the throttle is too darn touchy now That's like Mach 7.5! You MUST tell us your secrets!

I can't tell if it's 5,000 RPM or 50 MPH that you meant to say?
Or maybe it just really does do Mach 7. lol
