I am looking for the front wheel bearings for a TNG LS49. Can anyone help. Also does anyone know of a downloadable parts manual for the TNG LS49. Many thank ahead of time.

If you click ok on the popup it will then let you enter the parts section. I was able to find the parts through the link that Brent posted. By the time you add up the two bearings, the oil seal and the speedometer piece plus shipping it comes out to be just about the same as a the complete rim with everything included. So now I just have to figure if I want to buy new parts or take a chance a buy a used rim with everything. Brent what is your suggestion?

That's a tough one. The only bad thing is you don't really know how great the bearings are in that. Most likely you can measure the bearings and pick them up same day from a NAPA or something. They won't be much money I'm sure. The rest of the stuff is likely gonna be reusable.

I bought the scooter for the wife, the guy I bought it from said that he had just replaced the bearings. When I tore it apart yesterday I found that the bearings were not even the right size as there was way too much slop for them to be correct (OD). The other thing I found out is that it is missing the piece that mounts to the rim that works the speedo gearbox. Now I am wondering about the rim as the area where the bearing seat looks to be worn out.

Well at that rate it sounds like an obvious choice to get the used setup. I don't see the speedo stuff on that one though. It'd probably be about as cheap, and definitely more accurate to use a Sigma bicycle speedometer instead. I have one on each of my scoots. They can match up exactly with my GPS when calibrated correct.
