Well that's not a good thing to hear lol. I'm still looking for an exhaust but I hadn't planned on getting one for a few weeks... I can do some roller modding for now until I get final orders in for tuning... This whole motorforce kit seems to be throwing everyone off 😕

Are you sure you measured the timings correctly? Because 127/197 is not a good value, thats a blowdown of 35.
127/187 I would possibly understand. But something seems fishy about the whole ordeal.

It does run tho. I think the MOTOFORCE kit may be an iffy model as I've come to believe from what others have said... i knew blowdown was too high, as I referred to a chart online... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/18232/ready-bbk-install

Well , after talking with another member, joeorange , I've found out he had the exact same problem with his Motoforce kit and stock setup, no matter what he changed in the cvt. After threw on the technigas next-r his scoot woke up lol. You must be correct on the durations as this kit is suppose to be a mild setup. I think I am going to miss out on the real torque of this stock setup(for this kit )
