Finally, you got it! I would pull the plastics off and look where the lock cylinder/plug goes into the steering stem to stop it's movement. Make sure that it hasn't been damaged. I only have one working headlight on my bws, so don't know how they are supposed to light up. Get LED's for the turn signals, which draw hardly any power. I have an extra LED flasher relay and will send it. No idea about Kenda tires or the center stand. Get a side stand, YO

(5)That doesn't look like the speedo cable mine uses. Mines black rubber that sticks intent he brake hub and has a little metal clip to hold it in. Sorry, these aren't in order. (3)It is normal for one headlight to work, 2 on hi beam. You can rewire them to come on both at the same time, but I just hook em both up to hi beam, off on lo beam.
(4) mine won't flash unless I got a fresh battery or I rev it up. Go thru the harness and check grounds tho; if you cut off the tape and trace back from the battery you can find lots of factory splices that go bad for the ground wires.
(1) I don't know. I use a bicycle kickstand from wal-mart. Do you guys have wal-mart?
(2) lock kits are pretty common and cheap, for any scooter it seems. Racing planet should have a complete set.
(6) I swapped out my knobby tires for street tires for performance on the road.

Thanks benjiYeah i have seen your side stand, cool thing and reasonable. And no we don't have Walmart here. But I should be able to find a generic side stand. I found a center stand though and will go for it for now. Anyone knows where to find a speedo cable for a prebug?

We don't have Prebugs over here. Official Yamaha channels don't offer parts for that scoot here so if I need anything I will have to most likely order it in foreign countries.
