Hey guys, Want to share my current build project with yall. Logging most of it over at hondaspree.net here: hondaspree.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=34251But wanted to share here too, since its mostly Yamaha Jog based. It is essentially a low-buck build from left over parts with a few performance goodies thrown into the mix. Oh and also converted from air to liquid cooled. And fork swapped from drum cantilever to standard with disk. At least that's the plan anyway. Both things I've never done before, but I've got the ambition! haha With a goal of finishing for a yearly local scooter rally, in 3weeks total time. Is that motorcycle there a Honda CBR600F2? Hmmm, maybe a 600 Bandit? but doesn't look like a Suzuki wheel...

Cool project! What is your donor scoot for he front end? No idea. Seller had originally called it a "ruckus frame" LOL Def not a ruckus, appears to be a much older CPI. 1st pic how you see it, is how I picked it up so kind of hard to fully identify. Have vin on it, might look into another time |

There are a few people here that have one of those scoots and the front suspension has been discussed lately because of how cruddy it is. |
