Sounds good Milly. Hope your feeling better soon. That flu has been really bad this year. I know people who have been laid up for seven to ten days with it. Thankyou yes the bug just seems to keep manifesting itself in various stages too will be glad when its over |

Today changed oil on engine and transmission as running it in went for a 20mile spin and 2 miles from home lot's of noise. Stopped phone taxi ot home to get trailer car would not start but eventually after ragging it a bit it started to run smoothly got scooter back on trailer when unloading thought scooter sitting at wrong angle noticed hole in floor of trailer. Not a big problem get another board in there before race. Took of transmission cover and found variator nut loose. No damage so used a battery impact gun to tighten it this time and away she went. Test it out on the road tomorrow properly to see how it goes.  |

Well the temerature was warmer today was 46f in the sun so finished off doing 40 miles to run engine in and fitted one of the knobbly tyres and tube to the bike ready. May do the rear tomorrow or may just ride the vespaclone and get my new jacket if weathers good and its arrived in the motorcycle shop.   |

Tyre's done now to strip the plastics in part and remove len's and spray it yellow or brush it see what's hanging around and free  . Then off next month to Winchester for the off road race.   |

I'm definitely watching this. I picked up a 50cc scoot I'm going to do a total rebuild on with enduro type tyres/tires. I live in the mountains with many 1 lane roads, some offroad so I've decided on these tires for gravel/poor pavement. I truly look forward to your updates! Well after many months of inactivity the wreck is back up and running. The race didn't happen as one forgot and the other had to work. So left me and farty Marty to play in the woods on it. So soon to be made road legal as a rat bike till the next time the race is on. Will post update and pics soon.
