I plan this map actually raised exhaust 19,8mm and widen 1,5mm, the port analyzer says 30,6hp which is just what i wanted .

Here is the new carb, it came with 120 main 48 pilot jet , i bought sets for fine tuning , the needle has JJY mark on it. Still dont know how to port this cylinder if someone can suggest i will be thankfull , i plan to port it kinda like this what do you think? That's an aluminum and nickasil cylinder? Not impossible, but very difficult and more than likely you'll chip it and need to replate it.

Not this map , we will port only the exhaust and the analyzer says 30.6hp @14k but the psi is above 200 so it might not work as well will be hard to tune , im making other maps to see whats the best and still make 21-22hp on the wheel, btw porting wont be problem my friend VlatX will port it we already ported the previous nicksail cylinder sport pro so he is not newbie.

Little late to the party, but I would have told you to get all that you can afford. Always better to have it then need it.

Hey guys i got malossi overrange torque pulley but cut down to 124mm and also has made holes in it, now i know there is 2 washers in the overrange set that seperates the bell a little bit from the pulley does anyone know how thick they are i cant seem to find information ? I will need to make those 2 washers cuz the guy i bought from the pulley doesnt have them. Also how wide the belt needs to be for overrange set 17,5mm or 18mm ? I will be buying malossi kevlar belt 769x18mm from peugeot.

Guys do u know if aerox 100cc and the 50cc version have the same engine blocks ? Im asking this for the belt size cuz i wanna buy polini kevlar belt for 100cc aerox so if its the same blocks the belt will fit nicely on the 124mm pulley with the overrange vario. I think its the same blocks right just aerox 100cc has bigger vario and pulley and longer gears or im wrong ?

So a little update , pretty much scooter-attack screwed my project and delayed it for 6weeks, i oredered gaskets for the modular version of my kit but even after 4 weeks that they said they should have them, they answer me that they still havent gotten them with the latest orders, so i decided to not lose more time and i ordered gaskets for regular head s6 racing kit, they finally arrived 5 days ago. Along with koso thermometer, voltmeter, egt sensor from aliexpress and some other stuff. Next thing i ordered are the bearings polamid FAG C4 and FAG NJ204 cylindrical roller bearing, the bearings should be here tomorrow, i just need to get belt and thats it these days we will start assembling the engine along with porting the engine blocks and the cylinder. Kinda excited i expect it to be real monster, i will maybe even have a chance to take it on dyno after we fine tune it all.

You are going to use roller bearings on the crankshaft? I've never seen that actually, probably for a good reason too...

Yes these are for the crankshaft, scooter attack says they give increased stability to the crankshaft to counter and minimize loss of power which is true this one will go on the cvt side it will take much more beating than standard bearing. Also i will check the crank and re-balance it in 0 because the new kit is stronger, the crank is new not even 80kms on it but just to be sure i will do it, it doesnt cost me much.
