Well I have almost got the bike stripped down to the frame. I had the bike almost finished with all the best Stage 6 parts, I filled it with coolant and noticed a super slow coolant leak between the cases. After about 5 minutes of swearing/throwing tools around I decided it was time to start fresh. So I have a lot of brand new Stage 6 parts for Piaggio for sale if anyone is looking. I even chrome plated the R1400 exhaust and it cost a fortune but it looks amazing! I ordered a Malossi RC-One engine and it comes in tomorrow. Jean at Scootertuning.ca gave me a partial sponsorship so I really need to make an amazing scooter. Jean is one class A guy. I encourage everyone to get their parts from him. I have a ton of plans for this scooter. First thing I need is a wicked powder coater. I want to do a 3 stage powder coat color called Bentley Blue. Most coaters around here are only used to doing large single stage jobs like railings and park benches. I need more of an automotive/custom shop but cant seem to find one. I would prefer to keep the job in Canada to avoid all the customs B.S. Please let me know if you guys know of one. I will also be needing a chromer down the road but that wont be for a while. I still need to get the bungs welded on the pipe for oxygen sensor and EGT gauge. I also plan on running nitrous in this engine. I will most likely keep the Stage 6 wheels as there is nothing nicer out there. I will make some custom HID projector headlights with blue demon eyes and I ordered in the Malossi controller for the electric water pump. I just set what temp I want to keep engine at and it does the rest. I ordered the Polini torsen brace just to be safe. I am polishing the front forks and have the biggest Galfer rotor that will fit with the Stage 6 4 piston caliper. This is going to be a huge project but this is what I love to do! Stay tuned.

Congratulations on the purchase. I'm glad to see somebody else with the RC-one platform. Did you buy the complete engine? Or just the cases and cylinder? It really is a beautiful engine.

I bought the complete engine, the Gorilla arm, the Malossi electric pump control unit, and I had them swap a MVT inner rotor ignition for the Malossi one so I can charge my battery.

You'll probably get yours built and running before I do. I can't wait to see what the Malossi 94cc can do. Let me know what you set your Malossi c.d.i. Too when you get it dialed in.

I would say yours will probably be done before mine. I am powder coating the cases and chroming s lot of other pieces. Before I can chrome I have to get bungs welded in for the EGT gauge and AFR gauge. Slow and steady.

I was gonna run an o2 sensor and egt temp but I think the probes will mess with exhaust flow too much.

The O2 sensor and EGT temp are back on as I found a suitable place to mount them. I am also going to run a Polini Torsen brace as I hear that these Malossi casings (that are cast in China) are weaker than the stock cases. Apparently they have been snapping cases in the European race circuits like crazy.
