Way too stiff on the contra spring. With 6.5 gram rollers, a 1,500 contra spring would be about right. I use a 1,000 contra spring with 5 gram rollers and a Mitsuboshi 681x17.7x30 belt. The extra length gets me more speed by reaching full travel on the variator drive face. See if your belt in the clutch pulley is all the way up when the engine is off. If it's not all the way up, then you may need a slightly longer belt to get full travel. Link to Mitsuboshi belt; www.ebay.com/itm/321770535608

Thanks for the replies. The contra spring is stock, and the parts come from a company called glixal. so a 1500 contra should be good then? I'll also take a look at the belt. I might just better rollers, lighter depending, or even better, sliders. Hopefully I get these things good to go soon so I can upload the giant post I got waitin. Thanks yall.

Another quick update, I know, I know. I just recently found a new job, and more parts are on the way. So, I did some research, and here is what I got for now. NCY makes a Honda ruckus post clamp, its pretty pricy, but it seems to use the same curved washer, and it looks like it would bolt right on, however, I still don't know if it will fit. If anyone can share me some information, I would really appreciate it. I decided on a trailtech vapor for my new speedo, and if I feel really spendy, the dash add-on as well. I think it would best suite my needs, nothing too flashy, but it aint ugly to look at. I am still deciding on the handlebars, but because the clamp will be lower, I have a choice between having handlebars that don't rise, and therefore will be around 2-3 inches lower from stock, or make up for it with some raised handlebars. (I have also seen an amazon listing for a orange adjustable sporty motorcycle handlebar set from GOOFIT, orange is kinda a downer, but that adjustability looks sweet. Handlebar) (and if I replace the handlebars, I'm guessing I would need new handlebar grips, if I don't destroy them.) The headlight/driving light is still an issue. I don't know how I would wire it, and if my high-low beam will never work, so I would rather have an LED headlight that I can easily wire to the hi-low beam rocker switch. and so and so fourth. Right now my goals are mostly looks, but also you could say its better then stock? Eh, I'll justify it somehow, haha. So if ya know anything cool I can do, lemme know, or if you know some real helpful stuff, also let me know. The build shall continue. ~Droted
