Dang, that seems WAY high... I'm even in Florida at sea level. I have a 110 jet I'll try next. And a 102 for comparison. I could try a 120 and just see what happens haha. My head is stock valves but its modified Stock head? Dang... On a stroker thats just rediculous haha. What mods?

Ohhh I gotcha. Yeah, I had a head with bigger valves and a bigger expansion chamber. The porting wasnt the best. This Hoca head has a tid bit smaller valve setup but the porting is AMAZING. It gave me much more power. Huge valves isn't the key, there's a science to the port size and valve opening size that correlate with each other.

Oil cooler? What is that all about? Which one do you use? How do you install it? So our motors are forced-air cool. Better than nothing. There isn't liquid cooled options for our motors (I wish...) So the next best thing is oil cooled. Your pump cycles oil throughout the motor, so if your oil can be cooled down then in turn your motor should run better with cooler oil. You basically replace your oil drain plug/filter with a fitting that cycles oil thru a radiator. more o Inf what happen

Well I dont recommend using 2 base gaskets. The timing chain is to tight and the cam gear sound like the teeth are ripping in to the chain. So today I took it all apart again to check the chain and it's all good. So my next step I'll try is just to grind some of the piston where the valve was hitting and I'll do it to both side just so I can bring some of the compression down. Hoping to have it under 220psi.

That's the real reason why I didn't go with a domed piston. The Hoca piston is convex enough to add compression and not make contact.

Well at least the set up I'm doing will be figured out so others can use it. As the same as the one you are using as well. Do you have any pic of the two pistons

I just have a upgraded fan and thinking about getting the scop as well

Here's the parts list I used on my stroker build. I highlighted in green the bare minimum parts needed to do the build. 10% off this weekend only at partsforscooters.com!

Well I decided to change the valves out for the 64mm valves because I was running 69mm valves. So now I need to find short valve springs that will work. They make a short version just need to call drow sport for the number to get them sents they dont carry them and thats what they did last time. If the NYC vaiator holds up I'll go to the big valve head.

Hey dexameth. How fast is your set up running in mph

Hey dexameth. How fast is your set up running in mph Took 275 home last night. Full tuck 56-60 the whole way but my rpms were way too high for comfort. 8800 at top speed of 62mph downhill but around 8400 it was so smooth and harmonic. Had throttle response on tap. I've been afraid of high rpms with this stroker. Oh, if I sit up and drive normal I'm seeing 50mph all day. You shouldn't need shorter springs either...
