No pics, but I cooked a chuck roast with onions and mushrooms, brussel sprouts w/spinach, mashed potatoes and gravy to last through the weekend. Oh, and a small batch of macadamia nut cookies (Betty Crocker).

Looks good except the corn. I like corn but it doesn't like me.
I do most of my cooking in the microwave or a George Forman grill.
Stoves with pots and pans are dangerous with ET and ADD.

When making pizza dough, make a boatload of it and eat a pizza everyday for a week. I cut the recipe for 5 pizzas in half and I shouldn’t have with all the cleaning and mess. Anyway, it’s alive. That’ll double in size by game time.

Friday: Looks like a mess but it’s awesome. Primavera pizza - Roasted garlic & mozzarella, topped w/ fresh arugula, prosciutto di Parma, diced tomatoes, shaved imported pecorino romano, finished w/ extra virgin olive oil & lemon.

I love pizza but never tried making it at home.
Going through school i was assistant manager at Little Caesars. Ran all kinds of experiments, in retrospect, it was pretty awesome

I love pizza but never tried making it at home. Going through school i was assistant manager at Little Caesars. Ran all kinds of experiments, in retrospect, it was pretty awesome I worked at Pizza Hut and I agree, experimenting with any topping was good. Any thing we’d bring in from the supermarket. Garlic and clams, and eggplant. The difference making it at home is really the dough. You have a lot more control over the dough.

I love pizza but never tried making it at home. Going through school i was assistant manager at Little Caesars. Ran all kinds of experiments, in retrospect, it was pretty awesome As I worked at a Little Caesars back then too, but it was not an LC anymore; Spicy Bob's had taken over. It was awesomely the same, only difference was the sauce mix. I made the dough by hand every morning, 5 days a week. I loved that job, we experimented with SO MUCH...
