Free-range egg-battered flounder cooked in air frier with side of lemon and parmesan peppercorn. did imgur finally decide to stop hosting pics for free? my images page says "Zoinks!" i knew it was inevitable For me there is nothing like fresh fried flounder. Add white bread, hot sauce and I am set! Your version sounds awesome! Post a pic if possible. I guess imgur is still ok. Not sure what was going on, it was acting weird for me. Panko works really well in the air frier.

Looks like you're getting along famously with the air fryer. I started looking at them around Christmas. Honestly just wanted to see how they did with french fries vs baking them. After seeing a few of your things, I'd prob have one ordered already if I weren't hoping to get a 2T exhaust.

Yeah I made fresh potato fries for breakfast that morning. Did not post, but since you mentioned fries, yeah, they were really good too. I'm finding that I generally need to use a higher temperature than what is recommended for various dishes found online.

I like thighs. Well, I like chicken thighs too. Dribble a little oil to crisp them up with some granulated garlic, old bay, salt 'n pepper.

You'd think there'd be a resurgence of this thread considering all the restaurants are closed for dine in. Tho I am just as guilty - have not posted any of the great stuff that's been happening in the kitchen, because frankly it's happening all the time now. Actually take time to cook for necessity, not just pleasure? Sheesh who'd uh thunk. Nonetheless, there's been some wonderous smells the last few weeks. Yesterday morning was loaded hash browns, from fresh 'tators of course

I’ve been slacking just taking pictures before I make a mess of what I’ve made. Chicken Marsala w/ biscuits and beef stir fry, nothing special just stuff the kids and I like.
