It's a damn shame they didn't make it an EFI LC Minarelli. I might have had to save up for one. I'm surprised the 2T lasted this long in a scoot from a major brand to be honest. That makes it no less sad to see one of the most popular 2T scoots turn to the darkside.  |

There has at some stage been a direct injection Piggy, Mina and Morini in them. Would be hard to shoehorn one into your scoot though, lots of expensive electrics go with them. |

I *think* it would be safe to say the "new Zuma", too, will have plenty of expensive electrics.
I expect a flood of 2 cycle scoots, before they die a timely death, so anyone wanting one will be able to buy one.

Man the guy at the Yamaha dealership wasn't lying. He told me 2011 was the last year for the 2t. I am a little sad though. They do look nice. Sure it's running the same engine as the C3.

i was looking at becomeing a reseller but i have had issues with the fuelpump drawing more juice then the stator makes the fuel pump draws 24 watts and with the dual headlight mod i need a stator that puts out 109 watts and the oem is only good for 85
but if you want to try one out go over to ecotrons and look at the set up

well i did another good run today before the coil took a shit on me
as long as you dont use the ele start there is no voltage loss

your in greenbay, im only 30 mins away in greenville! we should ride when im all better and get my scoot up and running! theres a place in appleton that does electric stuff, im sure he could like at more coils to your stator.
idk what the place is called ill have to ask my brother, he fixed his alternator
