Milly you at least get rid of the ones you find. While they are on the lift I get attached and can't let them go so my garage looks like this:
I really need to cull the herd.

I have a very determined mind once I set myself a task Pinkscoot. Plus work is limited over the last 2 month's with schools on holiday. So no paycheck till end of October. Helps pay the bills that come in.😊

I really need to cull the herd. Right? I keep telling my self I'm gonna flip em, then I keep em. I got 2 more bikes last week. I've got like 7 semi complete scooters, 3-4 project 'piles', and like 2 parts scooters (almost nothing but frames now).

I sold a 150 Chinese scoot last week. The hole in the garage got filled today with a 2003 Aprilia Scarabeo 150 that a guy on the Aprillia forum was giving away. It only has 5900 miles, barely broken in. I was nice and gave him $100 for it. More later on my build thread. But heres a picture: Where it had sat for a while Of course I pulled plastics to see and get the battery charged.
He had just had it fully serviced and said it didn't run as fast as it did. Probably the CVT, it looks like its never been touched.

Hooray! The TGB shed is up and running all electrics work. New bits on just want right size battery which I think I shall poach off the Huoniao custom and see if the bigger one fits. Glue the indicator stalk back on and off for an MOT and sold on. Another one bites the dust. Then off with the 50cc scooter to have the new naraku crank bbk and other Naraku parts put by the mechanic up the road. I'm to old and achey now to be playing outside in cold weather these days

How well I know the cold is coming. I am not sure which is worse, cold or hot. Here in the middle of the USA it gets wild and we get plenty of both, 105°F to -5°F and humid-wet. I think I prefer the cold though. I can always put on more clothes and shed a glove for a moment then pop back inside for some warming refreshment. The heat is just damn hard on me plus those damn green leafy things grow wild and I have to constantly spend time cutting them down or they take over. The bugs get wild in summer also. But the wind and wet and icy crap in the winter.... I fell on ice last winter and broke my hand. I devised some chains to wrap around my feet in the winter for traction.
Hmmm, I may have to make myself a flame thrower. It would be useful both summer and winter. -But how to avoid burning the place down and the scoot...?

We tend to vary FrankenMech between mid 70's in summer if we are lucky to cold, snowy, icey or wet in winter, come to think of it Wales is quite wet in summer too. Today has been mid 60's and windy and wet. Kids got very wet at school doing cycle training as they would not put there coats on. Had to finish early though to see the doctor as my stomach swelled up and I look pregnant , no idea why. Still I finished the TGB tonight other than zip tieing the rear indicator on which means I maybe hopefully squeeze an mot in at the garage in town and sell on Farcebook it to put towards the other build.

Too many fish heads probably... You really have to avoid the ones sitting on the dock for three days. I hope the doc figures it out and it's nothing serious.
It was 86°F here today, 70°F right now at 2AM, 65 near dawn. There isn't any ocean to moderate our temp swings in Kansas.
