I'm still working on down sizing. Fixing the habana to sell. Then will MOT the slider, and advertise it. If it sells I will look for another Aerox. I still miss mine. The prices seem to be going up on two stroke Aerox now. If it doesn't sell I will just keep it. It's great to ride. Then I have to fix the 250 Honda to sell. But that might be waiting till spring next year.

After reading your tales of the Habana I think I shall steer clear of them seems to be a pain to do any maintenance on. I have never had any of the others. I did see the Bullit monkey bike on ebay and looked at a couple of reviews on youtube had the old Honda version in the 80's but can't justify buying one at 1500 especially on credit. What 250 you got.

I have a Honda CBF 250. It's been in the shed for a couple of years. Started blowing lots of smoke when warm. Could be rings, or a valve. Never had a four stroke that apart before. All my big bikes were quite new. And my MX bikes were two strokes. I feel a big learning curve tackling that coming on. π

Milly, you know you need to get back into those 50cc 2t's. It would help round out your Vespa collection.

Well funny you should say that I just stopped at a classic auction place in Yorkshire and had a look through the window to see what's coming up next week also about to message the chap on eBay about his et2 π

Everything go ok for your other half recently? She is recovering well thanks. Still a lot of soreness from the operation. You really need another Vespa Milly. But a proper one. This time. (Two stroke)

Is this the thread where i say I bought 6 old 50cc 2 stroke honda scooters...and 2.5 ish honda parts scooters this past week? 2x 1984 honda spree (+2.5ish spree frames/parts), 1x 1987 honda elite se50p. 2x 1989 honda elite e sb50, 1x 1993 honda elite sr.
Should be able to put together 3 full running scooters from the mess (and maybe 2 or 3 runners that are missing parts/panels, etc) 89 honda elite e is already good to go.
And oh yeah, I fit it all inside my minivan at once. (not the 87 elite though, had a friend pick that up). Did you know 5 scooters could fit in a dodge caravan upright? lol

If you was on our side the pond you would only get one in what was known as the mini van over here and that would be on its side. Maybe even would need to leave the rear doors open a bit too. Good luck with them.

πππThis thread is like a glimpse into my future. Lol! I find myself eyeballing project scooters on craigslist, ebay, by the roadside, etc. I'm sitting up late at night browsing parts sites. Is this how it starts? Should I be worried? πππ
Love be the pics. Awesome thread.
