Strange noise in transmission case? see the vidéo!

I have a strange noise of vibration come from variator and clutch case.I check the variator, the belt and i see noting wrong!?
This noise come when i accelerate or if i drive under 30 mph.

Is it possible the noise come from the clutch???

Did you take them both, variator and clutch off to look for problems? The variator, look for the little plastic guides, may have some worn off , broken...the clutch look for any objects stuck in there, or broken springs, worn pads.

I open the clutch,everything look good, no broken spring and pads of the clutch are ok.
For the variator, yes the 3 little plastic guide seem worn outlittle bit!?
Is it possible that make my noise???

If the guides get worn it should make an awful rattle at idle or low RPM usually. Once you give it some gas, the noise tends to stop. If they are in bad shape, I'd replace them just to be sure it's not them.

I change the guide on the variator plate and the noise always there.
I remove the clutch and the 3 littles springs are ok.
If i put the scooter on the center stand and turn the gas and leave the
rear wheel turn i didn't hear the noise, i hear only when i drive the scooter on the road???

Is it possible it come from behind the cluch where the gears are?

Shouldn't be anything rattling in the final drive transmission. If you can turn the clutch bell to turn the wheel with ease and not hear the noise, I wouldn't expect it to be in the final drive.

If is the final drive, is it a bearing?

I use oil W80-90 in the transmission case.
On my manual, they said GEAR OIL SAE 90 and only 0.09liter.

Hard to say for sure without pulling it apart and checking it over. Could be a bearing.

Ok, i make a video with my camera when i drive the scooter at 45 km\h (28mph) and you hear clearly the little noise come from the cover.
The sound look come from the variator.

Somebody have this noise before?

I change the 3 variator guide shoes for new one but i see the guide inside the variator (where the shoes guide slide on the variator) start to come thin...

I wonder if that sound is coming from the needle bearings behind the variator? I had a similar sound about 2 years ago and it turned out to be the needle bearing letting go some of the needle rollers. All it took was to put them back in place, grease and voila. Problem solved. Interesting to note that I believe it's upon me once again and I need to check it but alas, I have no impact wrench and don't feel like handing over so much money to have somebody else fix it. I'll get to it in time, though.

Not sure is the needle bearing, first my Kymco didn't have needle bearing behind the variator.
When i put the scooter on the center stand put the trottle and the rear wheel is free, i didn't have the noise!
Only when the variator need to work harder...

check your starter clutch. they can be really noisee

The GY6 shouldn't have needle bearings behind the vari like the 2t minarelli. Could be the starter bendix or something up there rattling around I suppose.

Yes me too i think is the bendix...
I see on my belt, the bendix make a little groove on the top of the belt.
I think at top speed the belt hit the bendix of the starter, the bendix of the 139qmb is not at a good place...

Today i buy a new Polini variator for my Kymco. The diameter is bigger of my original one. But my noise is always there... :bfg:

Ok, i remove the bendix and try the scooter and the noise was always there... So is not the bendix. I remove the air filter, nothing there too.

But i check the center stand, specially the spring and i tight the 2 bolts of the stand!

I try try the scooter and it look good !!!!

NO MORE NOISE
