Looking at those other marks...They look like they were made by two separate cars or a car sliding sideways. There was no mention of another vehicle involved so they must have fled the scene if there was one. Maybe they were made by cops arriving at the scene. Interesting...

While I do sympathize with the families of those who died, sometimes that is the price you pay for drinking and driving or gettin in a vehicle with someone who is. I'm not trying to sound mean but its a possibility people have to think about when it comes to alcohol or drugs and operating a vehicle.

I read he had 3 beers and 3 shots on TMZ. That's 6 drinks in a 4-5 hour period. Personally I would NOT consider that drunk given his party lifestyle. Who's to say how much was actually consumed though. Dunn would be the last person I would expect from the CKY/Jackass crew to die to young. I don't expect a Jackass 4.

He might not have been driving at all.?. The other person could have been?.. What if they were racing a semi? It could have been aliens?
Its a darn shame it happened...Whatever happened?..

Maybe the 18 wheeler saw him go off and did a quick stop. Does look like he missed the exit. Way too young.

Who's to say how much was actually consumed though. The report said "At least" 3 shots and 3 beers. He might have already been lit up when he got to the bar. 18 wheeler... That would explain the marks.

Those are 18 wheeler marks. The spacing doesn't seem right for a semi. I think the tracks are from another car. They seem to terminate unevenly too a semi wouldn't do that.

Those are nowhere near the correct spacing for a semi. What they are I'm not sure, but I'm positive they aren't semi tracks.

There are 4 sets of tire tracks in that picture. The cops spray painted them orange. Check to the right of the right-most dark one and you'll see the fourth one. It's not black like the rest, but it's there. Headed in the same direction as the 2nd from left.

Maybe 4 aliens on scooters were racing and left the extra skid marks stopping to check out the carnage Good eye Reign I missed the orange dots on the far right too. I would guess the extra set of marks are from the police arriving on scene like mentioned above but, whether Dunn missed the exit or lost control may never be known. I would assume he was driving because if I had a $100,000 car I wouldn't let anyone else drive it!!!!! I am almost positive a car like that would have some sort of warning light for a flat or even low tire. Has the second victims name been released yet?? He was of corse under the influence and any impairment can be fatal even if not flat out drunk. I wish they would have called a Taxi IMO. R.I.P Ryan You will be missed!!!!!

Just remember, kids, leave the active skid control and ABS on in the Porsche when out drinking.

www.charter.net/news/read.php?rip_id=%3CD9O18EK01%40news.ap.org%3E&ps=1016"Sgt. William La Torre of the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Enforcement told The Associated Press on Wednesday that the agency investigated and determined there would be no charges against the bar because Dunn did not appear intoxicated during the time he was served two beers and six shots from bar employees over four hours. Surveillance video shared with police supported the bar employee's observations, said Frank Herron, the general manager. "He spoke clearly. He walked clearly. He came in hop, skip, jumping. He left hop, skip, jumping," Herron told the AP. "If these results are true, I'm shocked at it. We were very confident that he had not had that much." "According to court documents, Dunn was charged in April 2005 with driving under the influence after crashing his car in West Whiteland Township, about two miles from Monday's crash site. The documents show he successfully completed a program designed for first-time nonviolent offenders that allows charges to be dismissed after defendants finish the program."
