How do i send a pm to you ? Tried to respond to last message but it disappeared under messages . I can ask here. I want to remove the back pulley halves to get to the pins. I tried this after noon and it would not come apart.i tried prying cover and it would not budge.

I tried this after noon and it would not come apart.i tried prying cover and it would not budge. Sometimes they are on EXTREMELY tight. I'll use the thinnest flathead I have and use it as a wedge, try to tap it in between the pulley and spring seat and then twist the flathead screwdriver to kinda pry. Not too much, just a little pressure. Do this in a cross pattern to try to spread the load evenly, don't focus on just one spot. After a bit of working it should pop off... maybe I'll try to make a video how-to... and yeah sorry about that link, it takes me to the Facebook Marketplace. Weird.

Hi. I had did exactly what you suggested, unfortunately i had to ride it home and thought if i break it ill be stranded. Ugh. I really need to get that apart and ora new one, its all jammed up. Trying to locate a new half or whole pulley online has also been very frustrating. I had watched a video from 49cc scoot and the sleeve just came right off.

You know, Partsforscooters.com is a local company, off Bryan Dairy Road, and we do allow local pick ups from our warehouse. Call up an order and you can pick up after about an hour, we just don't have a store front nor a cash register so cards only (or PayPal). Stock rear pulley setAdjustable rear pulley setTake a look around the site and lemme know if you have any questions!

Wow. I went on their chat a couple weeks ago because i didn't see what i was looking for ( you are affiliated with.??) and after seriously like 4 hours on chat got really nowhere except that could not help me. But OMg if they fit my kymco 2 stroke absolutely! And the prices look great! Only problem is my vdub is down to get to the warehouse.
