I hate it when people’s stuff breaks, but it’s always a pleasure to watch you work. I thought I remembered the Aero gears not working out in some previous application. Full Aero gears fit and worked fine but too tall for the 49cc. |

 Head on. Timing set. Valves shimmed. Wait til tomorrow to final torque. Do most of this in 20 min increments. |

Hey, can you provide some details on your rear light setup? I'm trying to figure out something a bit different/lower profile than the OEM setup. Not that I'm 100% sure yours is different besides the blinkers but even info on those would be helpful
