So the KTM 65 Rad core size measures 150mm x 108mm x 32.. I didn't get total end tank measurement for that one.. but just judging it should be about 7-8ish inches long with end tanks.
I also got some measurements for the KTM 50.
196x94x78 199x94x111 core size is 116x88x32 There are some tabs on the side of the rads that is why they measure wider than the core.

Hmm, not that a lot of people are doing it, but maybe enough are that Brent could start a thread on radiator measurements? Just a thought.

Yeah, its topic that keeps on getting more attention with all these high end builds lately. I've been pondering for some time wether to go lc or not. A spreadsheet with rad measurements would certainly come in handy when shopping for a rad!

Sorry for thread jacking

So the White thing has been visiting for the past few days, doing a carb tune and vario stuff... had a bad vibration, turns out the crank is bent on the vario side... so it's leaving again. Got the rad in and hung, have some ducting and things to weld to it still. Exhaust is actually on, took 2 10 degree pies and a few rotations and I don't think I changed the pipe length more than a few mm.. Its getting closer. Tomorrow is waterpump and coil mounting and tidying up the wiring harness.
