Does the caliper have a 90° banjo bolt? Looks like it'll be a tight fit

I can imagine. It's a tight fit in the front with my set up. There's a lot more going on in the back. Specially with that 8" fatty

Hard part is done on the brake. 90 degree banjo, so the line will run under the cvt rather than over. So I’ll I gotta do is hook up the line, bleed it, then switch that bleeder valve with a baker bolt. With the bleeder on it won’t clear the wheel. Then put the wheel on. Still rebuilding the front end cause of the battery fire. Waiting in the harness to arrive. Once I get that I should have it back together pretty quick. Summer is getting closer!

Are you still thinking about a front frame wire tuck?

Yeah. I’ve been thinking about that for a while. I want to get back up and running now... go riding. And I tell myself every year no big projects during the summer when I could be riding, but I always break that suggestion to myself.
When I get back up and running then I’ll see what the weather is like. If I got time, maybe then. If not I’ll save it for next winter.
In the meantime I’m not going to trim the harness. Just leave it long for when I do tuck. Then I’ll trim it to size.

Yeah, depending on how you end up doing it you might need the extra length. Are you planning to tucl the rear too?

Dunno about the rear. That’s pretty clean already. And there is stuff back there I don’t want to make any longer than I have to, like the fuel line, vacuum line. The lines to the lights and engine/starter are pretty well hidden already. So, I don’t think so.

It's a lot of work. I would only consider doing it if I ever put underglow under my seat.

My harness is going to take another two weeks to complete... so I'm going to send the two parts I didn't have PC'd the first time out for PC. The stem and the tree. Should get those back in time to put it all together.
I kinda got a timing thing going on. I need one part done to complete another project and while I'm waiting I might as well do another. A bunch of prerequisites to finishing up.
But then this bike is done. done. done. done. If I do anything else, it'll be on another bike.

Great post lilpinny. THIS is why TR on Facebook doesn't work. Build posts aren't meant to be Twitter length. ETA: I'm going to look into making a script to use the Internet Wayback Machine to capture and save the info into a PDF that can be copy/pasted into new forums, or just archived. Too much collective knowledge lost. You gave me a glimmer of hope - I found my TR build thread URL on Wayback, but go figure, for the two years or whatever that I was posting, not once was that information ever captured. Unless there's a secret trick to searching.

If you derive the original TR URL from the way back machines URL try putting into Google. Then it should come up with your link with a little green triangle next to it. Click that and select "cached". The Google cache catches more than the way back. It'll also pull cached images out of your browser cache if they are there.
To do the above I think you have to use a desktop computer or full version of Google Searxh and not the mobile version. I never get the green arrorw on the mobile version. You might luck out and Google will have it.

"Your search did not match any documents." No green triangles. Also tried "cache:url" type of searches in Chrome to no avail. Various advice from stackexchange did not pull anything up either.
