Imho, a small frame scoot with a big motor is probably going to be very unstable at higher speeds. At least use a big body frame. The larger wheels could be the difference in safety.

Before buying anything from the links you listed, please do some research on recent feedback/experiences for them.

Thats only a good option if you're gonna build one yourself and spend at least 1000 bucks. Or find/import a piaggio 125/180cc engine. The latter would be my choice but i dunno how easy or hard to get those are over there. Or look for a 250cc helix motor.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I know ScrappyDogScooters had a lot of mixed feedback. I finally got in contact with them and they are getting a shipment in. I can buy it online now but it will be 4 weeks or so before they get it from China. They will call me ones they get the container from China. Then I can buy the motor. Most sites that deal with getting stuff from China all have this issue of waiting for along time. Both sites are waiting for the shipment to come in and they don’t really know how long it will be. They can take a long time going through customs. The problem I’m having is that 200cc gy6 is only sold by ScrappyDogScooters and for that reason I’m stuck getting it from them. I like the fact it is a B case and has the oil cooler already. The reason I’m going with the Gy6 is because I already have a fatty wheel and like that look. I also got a really good deal on the rear hub/ disc brakes kit for $400 that’s everything.
How this all started is I found a icebear maddog rucks for sale with 130 miles for $500 the price was low because he lost the title but I was able to get this registered in NY with 2 trips to the DMV and having him fill out some forms. But the 50cc motor was slow. The local scooter shop told me if I want to make this a good scooter I should just take all the electrical out and put a new motor in it. Then I will have a cool looking scooter that I can enjoy. So rather then just putting a 150cc motor in it and doing a lot of upgrades why not just use a bigger motor that I do not have to push to the max making it more unreliable. So that’s how all this got started.

I have doubts that either one of those engines is going to push your bike to a comfortable 75. That kind of speed out of a GY6 typically requires Taiwanese performance parts. If you are looking for comfortable and reliable 75mph, that's a job for a 250.
You know the old saying: Cheap. Fast. Reliable. Pick two.
This being said if was forced to choose between only the two engines presented, I'd go with Scrappy's 200 B block engine all day long.

Thanks guys, With ScrappyDogScooters I did talk to them on the phone and should be getting a phone call when it’s back in stock. But yes I will be using a credit card that I use for all my purchases that I may get ripped off on because this card company is good for this stuff.

Even though his remarks about me in the linked threads aren't that kind, if you can indeed deal with Rick Main I would expect that you will be OK. Don't blame me if anything goes south, just saying when he gets involved directly things seem to be handled.
That said, are you looking to just reach 75MPH as a peak speed for bragging rights or do you want to cruise that fast. For bragging rights, the bigger GY6s should get you there. To spend time on a highway, get a Burgman 400, Burgman 650, Majesty 400, TMAX 500/530, etc....

Thanks guys, For all the information and advice. The big thing is the price for that motor is amazing and can’t fined anything els in that range for that price point. The weird part is the rating with the BBB is good. I would think for so many issues they would have a bad rating with the BBB. I’m looking to cruise at 60-65mph just want that extra to get around people if needed. I don’t know how well this will handle on the road at that speed so I’m not looking to spend crazy money on a really nice Taida GY6 180cc motor. I know this company is sketchy but it’s the only one who can get that motor. I would think other companies would have this motor being a lot of places get there stuff from China. I will be doing a video on this build and reviewing this motor and stuff if it works out. I do see a lot of people asking about this motor and not many people who have bought this do reviews. I guess it’s a risk I’m willing to take and if I get f over I will have to say you guys are right.

I haven’t seen a 200cc gy6 before. This is the first time. What I’ve found is that if you get a cheap engine and try to push it like a true performance engine, and it blows up and you have to get another, you could have just bought the Taida in the first place.

Yeah, but you don't have to spend the money on Taida to get Taida quality. Unless you want to go up to the 232, then you've gotta spend the money on Taida as they own the molds for that. Anything up to about 190cc... well that is basically just expensive branded Charmo/SSP-G/NCY/other Taiwanese brand parts. Matt
